The unemployment rate fell to 8.2 percent in March, according to the report issued Friday — a continuation of the very gradual decline [2] it’s been on since September. But analysts believe that number is dwindling because more and more job seekers are getting frustrated and abandoning their search [3], thereby falling out of the ranks of the officially “unemployed.”
