The 300+ page publication provides students with a traditional and flipped classroom style featuring lessons in the areas of reading comprehension, writing and thinking skills. This online publication is here to help educators across the country better prepare their students for college and the workforce.
Virtual Village was developed by writing specialist and author, Darren J. Butler. The concept for the online publication follows Butler’s 14 years of experience working in schools to develop writing programs and state based writing and reading assessments. Virtual Village piloted the program for eighteen months with a select group of schools and gained a significant increase in test scores.
