Case Study: EnCompass Academy


VINCI200EnCompass Academy is a Title I school in East Oakland, described as “a high-needs area plagued by violence.” The majority of kindergarten students are English language learners and face many difficulties at school. In March 2013, Principal Nguyen and the kindergarten teachers decided to adopt VINCI Blended Learning, and the results have been remarkable: 100-percent student focus, significant gains in students’ math understanding, and a boost in differentiated instruction for every child.
