(BOSTON, MASS) April 1, 2014 — Wildlife Acoustics, worldwide provider of bioacoustics recording and analytical technology, introduced its new Echo Meter Touch bat detector/recorder/analyzer at the National Science Teachers' Association Conference (NSTA) in Boston.

The Echo Meter Touch is a key-fob-sized ultrasonic module that plugs into an iPhone or iPad that accompanies a free Echo Meter touch app. The module-app combination provides teachers and students with a fully functional spectrogram viewer, allowing budding biologists to listen to and record bats in real time.
