Emphasis on Trusted Cricket™ Brand Content

Increased Mobile and International Learning Opportunities
Recent partnerships also focus on enhancing Cricket Media’s opportunities for parent involvement and extended, anywhere, anytime learning. Fingerprint, a global mobile technology company, joins Cricket to develop a custom mobile learning network featuring Cricket Media’s award-winning children’s magazines, digital content and community management platform to allow students, teachers and family members to communicate and collaborate around content. Dashboards keep teachers and parents in the loop about students’ activities.
And a joint product offering with mobile app creator, Kindoma, reinforces literacy and prevents vacation skill loss through a combination of shared reading experiences and video chat for students and families. The agreement with Kindoma brings a new way for users to interact with ePals’ content, which is digital and print, multi-lingual and created for grades K-12.
Cricket Media also offers increased access to its content through an agreement with Dalian Neumedias Information Technology Co., Ltd to develop and distribute interactive digital media products based on ePals’ children’s magazines for children throughout China. Four brands of dual English-Chinese language apps and content for toddlers and young children will be offered on smartphones, tablets and smart TVs through Neumedias’ NeuStore digital media platform.
Continued Content and Platform Licensing
Under its new brand Cricket Media also will continue to focus on its fast growing content and platform licensing business. Cricket Media makes its award winning content available to a wide array of licensing partners such as McGraw Hill and Pearson to enhance education and media offerings for children. It also helps corporate customers to power collaborative learning within their own products through Cricket Media’s safe social networking platform and services.
ePals Community Remains Central to Brand
From Cricket Media’s new website, www.cricketmedia.com, users can access the Company’s range of products and services. The name ePals and epals.com will become the brand of the Company’s community to safely connect students and classrooms around the world, which contributes to licensing and sponsorship revenue streams as well as presents a distribution channel to Cricket Media’s partners. The ePals community is also an important part of the Company’s joint venture in China, called NeuPals, which connects classrooms for cultural exchange and language learning.
