In this role, Baird is responsible for leading all operational aspects of the company. One key focus for Baird is growing Robots4Autism, a program of RoboKind that features humanoid robots built to teach children with autism.

A long-standing member of the education technology industry, Baird brings to RoboKind extensive operations management experience with a proven track record for achieving growth. He has held numerous management, sales and marketing roles during his 25-year career, including industry consultant for education companies of diverse sizes and growth stages. Most recently, Baird served as chief revenue officer of Schoology, where he was responsible for the strategic direction of the company, ensuring its daily operations aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
