October 27, 2014 (New Haven, CT) The celebration of SARGENT Manufacturing’s 150 years in the City of New Haven continued this week with a breakfast and factory tour for elected officials from throughout the state at the company’s Sargent Drive location in New Haven.

“We are one of the most productive manufacturing states in the nation and, with the investments we are making to grow this sector, we are putting ourselves in position for a manufacturing revolution in the state of Connecticut,” said Governor Dannel P. “I want to acknowledge SARGENT’s long-standing commitment to New Haven and its reliable, capable workforce,” said Mayor Toni N. Harp. “SARGENT has furnished high-quality jobs for generations of New Haven families and has been a conscientious, generous corporate citizen.”
