Knowledge Academies charters get a digital revamp from Copia

Network of public charter schools will totally transition to digital learning

Copia Interactive, a provider of digital learning, and Knowledge Academies, a Tennessee-based public charter network, announced an initiative to transform Knowledge Academies’ network of public charter schools to a completely digital, student-centered learning environment.

Further building upon their commitment to personalized learning, every day, for every learner, Knowledge Academies is partnering with Copia to deliver standards-aligned digital content from leading publishers through Copia Class, Copia’s cutting-edge digital learning platform featuring powerful collaboration and personalization tools. Copia Class captures and reports real-time actionable data that enable teachers to better understand and support student learning.

Copia Class will enable Knowledge Academies to fully integrate a complete, curated digital curriculum into project-based, standards-connected learning—all while supporting meaningful interaction among teachers and students directly inside the media-rich content.

“Copia applauds Knowledge Academies’ commitment to creating a personalized learning experience for each learner and we are honored to be able to help them achieve this vision,” said Ben Lowinger, Copia Interactive Executive Vice President.

Art Fuller, President of Knowledge Academies added, “Copia provides a seamless opportunity for teachers to become true facilitators of learning, using digital and social media that students already use every day. This will enable our team to focus on making real-life connections.”
