Super Duper Publications’ Jeepers Peepers The “Ask and Answer” Question Game has earned a 2020 National Parenting Product Award (NAPPA). This popular family favorite won in the Best Board & Card Games category.
“Jeepers Peepers is a great interactive game because it’s so much fun to play, and at the same time helps young children develop important skills such as asking questions, describing, categorizing, and problems solving,” said Thomas Webber, chairman of Super Duper Publications. “We are honored that NAPPA recognized it as one of the best card games for families.”
The National Parenting Product Awards has celebrated the best in family products for more than 30 years and is one of the longest-running family product awards programs in the country.
To start the fun, a player puts on a pair of goofy Jeepers Peepers glasses and places a photo card in the glasses slot without looking at it. They then ask other family members questions such as “Am I an animal? Am I food? Am I a worker?” to try and find out what picture is on the card. Once they guess who or what they are, the next player takes a turn. Card categories include animals, food, people, things, and transportation.
The NAPPA judges described the game as “fun” and “so cool!” “My kids really loved the glasses,” added one judge.
“This is great because it’s fun for all ages and adults and kids would both really love this game and have fun with it,” added another NAPPA judge. “We’re always looking for fun family games and this is a great one.”
The game is now featured on NAPPA’s website as one of the best products for families and has earned the NAPPA seal. Winners are also covered in LA Family Magazine and other family publications.
