What innovative technology initiative or project are you most proud of, and how has it improved teaching and learning in your school/district?Personalized learning has become the focus of our district efforts to shift instruction in support of digital learning that provides students with anytime, anywhere access to reinforce and improve student academic achievement.
What were some of the biggest challenges to your initiative, and how did you meet those challenges?Getting everyone on the same page to work toward one, common vision for creating the classroom of tomorrow. Secondly, the challenge of funding was an issue until the district voters approved a half-cent sales referendum to support capital outlay projects.
What are the three biggest components that need to be in place for tech innovation to succeed are:
One, common vision
