Dr. Roland Rios turned the tables on education by having the students teach the teachers instructional technology. With a select group of trusted Tech Interns, Roland is able to reach and teach more teachers than he could before on his limited budget at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Rios is an another creative example of using Jing to flip the educational paradigm on its head.
