Wisconsin had an idea to provide consistent and accessible reading and learning to all of their K-12 students. The challenge was how to undertake such a big initiative and fund it. Through collaboration with various agencies and organizations, Wisconsin achieved its goal, providing reading access to all students through one online resource, regardless of library size, number of students, and even remote school locations.
