Charlotte, NC —Illinois’ Valley View School District 365 (VVSD) has selected the adaptive online reading program DreamBox Reading Plus by Discovery Education to support efforts to improve student literacy in grades 6-8 this year. An edtech leader, Discovery Education is the creator of essential K-12 solutions trusted by teachers and students around the world.
VVSD is located in Will County, Illinois, southwest of the City of Chicago, and serves the communities of Bolingbrook, Romeoville, and portions of Plainfield, Lockport, and Downers Grove. VVSD serves the educational needs of approximately 15,500 students in 21 educational facilities, and is one of Will County's largest employers, with more than 2400 full time employees.
