The little district that did: Fairfield County Schools shares their 1:1 story

Located in South Carolina, Fairfield County School District is composed of 9 schools that serve over 2900 students from Child Development through 12th grade. Fairfield’s journey to 1:1 began in 2012, with a deployment of 150 Chromebooks and focused professional development targeting Google Apps. Today, the district has over 1100 devices deployed and has plans to fully deploy an additional 1,400 devices to all students in grades 3-12.
