Pinterest can be a valuable resource for school principals and administrators

While the site is especially popular with teachers, school administrators are also using the site with more frequency.

School leaders can use Pinterest to help their own teachers grow and build important teaching skills, but they also can use the site to improve their own leadership and practice.

As a statewide civic education organization, we have found Pinterest a great way to reach administrators and educators in the field. Pinterest helps us put our resources, recommended links and upcoming events in an easy to navigate format. Social Studies and law-related education teachers have long looked beyond textbooks for classroom resources. Pinterest lets organizations such as ours fulfill that need.
