Dawn Siech has more than 20 years of experience in education. She began as a Remedial Title 1 Teacher/Reading Recovery teacher in Fort Worth, Texas and currently works as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction and School Improvement Coordinator for the Tipton Community School District. In this role, Dawn coordinates the implementation of school improvement plans related to curriculum and assessments, achievement data, professional development, and program evaluation.
