Upon adopting a Performance Excellence Framework four years ago, Susquehanna Township School District (STSD) developed a series of goals around student success and postsecondary achievement. In order for the district’s Superintendent, Dr. Tamara Willis, to track and report on the progress toward goals, they needed access to comprehensive and up-to-date data from across the organization. Dr. Willis sought the help of the district’s Data Supervisor, Pat Raugh. Raugh and his team had just finished an arduous six-month data migration to a new SIS, and they were nervous to take on another data transfer. The team quickly learned that with the right tools and support, data management can be a seamless and efficient process. View the interactive journey to learn how STSD harnessed the power of data to create positive trajectories for all students. Sponsored by:
