Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett is set to lead the rest of the Harrisburg lawmakers into the realm of school reform, Yahoo! News reports. Very soon the governor is expected to announce his plan to address issues with public schools across the commonwealth. But many members of the General Assembly are probably holding their breath when it comes to education, as they had to pass a massive budget cut to that affected both basic and college-level education earlier in the year.
