Software company SunGard Data Systems Inc. said its Florida-based Public Sector business unit has acquired Performance Pathways Inc., which provides instructional management software for K-12 school districts, reports the Philadelphia Inquirer. No terms were disclosed; both companies are privately held. SunGard said that its Public Sector unit, which Performance Pathways will join, already offers related software.
