MALVERN, Pa. – July 27, 2009 –Richmond, the American International University in London, is collaborating with SunGard Higher Education in an initiative to help streamline administrative processes, improve communication and collaboration, and manage institutional priorities. Richmond AIUL will use the PowerCAMPUS Unified Digital Campus (UDC) to improve the education experience by providing single sign-on, secure and real-time Internet access to information for students, faculty and administrators.

Customers in 12 countries around the world have selected the PowerCAMPUS UDC to support their institutional needs. Richmond AIUL is the second American College Overseas (ACO) to select SunGard Higher Education’s PowerCAMPUS solution. Franklin College Switzerland was the first.

Some of the new online services Richmond plans to provide through the PowerCAMPUS UDC include enrollment management, online registration, automated scheduling, online degree audits, and integration with learning management, document management and other campus systems.
