Personal Finance Software from Realityworks, Inc., Helps Districts Prepare Students for Graduation

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (Oct. 21, 2009) – To help districts meet state graduation requirements, Realityworks, Inc., developer of life-changing, interactive educational products, announces the release of the TimeMAPS(TM) Money Management and Life Skills Program. TimeMAPS personal finance software is designed to help teach students important financial literacy topics through a complete curriculum.

A 2008 survey reported that only one-third of parents teach their teens how to balance a checkbook, and that even fewer explain how credit card interest and fees work. To ensure students understand these important concepts, TimeMAPS interactive software engages students in real-life financial lessons. Covering topics such as managing debt and credit, living on a budget and planning for retirement, these lessons prepare students for successful money management as adults.
