To be considered, all Applicants must: (1) Apply Grant Award to aminimum three year I CAN Learn Site License commitment forprogram implementation;(2) Identify program funding source(s),excluding grant award amount;(3) Use I CAN Learn Site Licenseto deliver core instruction (>60%) to identified population;(4) Provide comprehensive Narrative Summary consisting of: (a) Statement of program goals and objectives,(b) Targeted grade levels/courses, including complete student population(s),(c) Identification of Implementation Manager/Facilitator for each site, (d) Effective plan for before school and/or after school use,(e) Commitment to coordinate comprehensive support schedule for Trainingand Core Support Meetings; (5) Letters of Implementation Commitment by vested personnel, i.e. District and Site Administrators, Coaches, and Teachers; (6) Meet the minimum system requirements.
I CAN Learn Site License Grants Will Be Awarded To Schools And/
Or School Districts With Good Mathematics Implementation Plans In
Place For The 2011-2012 School Year.
