More than 10,000 in Mo. seek free tech training

The state says more than 10,000 Missourians have requested vouchers for free technology training being offered through a partnership with Microsoft, reports the Associated Press. The partnership is called Microsoft Elevate America. It offers free access to e-learning and certification programs from Microsoft.
