What is it? News-2-You is the Special Education’s Newspaper for beginning readers and special needs students. Every US school week, students can connect with the world through concise symbol-supported news articles, puzzles, games and recipes. The news stories provide stimulating information on reader-friendly topics. News-2-You is the only app available in the United States offering a national symbol-based newspaper.

- Can read the news using natural sounding Text to Speech voices, providing word and sentence highlighting.
- Can be used with multiple students. Each student can get their own settings. Reading progress and answers to the exercises are tracked per student. Students can be locked into a specific edition or chapter or freely navigate all the downloaded editions.
- Weekly editions are published during the US school year in the period September to May. Please note that there are no regular weekly edition during June, July and August.
- Runs without requiring a WiFi or 3G connectivity. An active Internet connection is only needed to download new editions.
