Over the last 13 years, the Coming Up Taller Awards have recognized the accomplishments of exceptional arts and humanities after-school and out-of-school programs across the country. Its new name, the National Arts and Humanities Youth Program Awards, will serve to enhance recognition of the national significance of the award.
