Lessons Learned From a Ransomware Attack

In 2021 Hillsborough School District in New Jersey was hit by a cyberattack, knocking out all services for several days. In this session, leaders will briefly discuss what happened, the vulnerabilities that we all face, what steps they took to get back online, their successful anti-phishing training program and plans for future safeguards.

Gary Stager and Sylvia Martinez are hosting FREE mini hands-on workshops (with snacks!) on Tuesday June 27, across the street from the Philly convention center. Join them for sessions on “Coding in the Age of AI,” “Secrets of the micro:bit,” or “Hummingbird Robotics” (with the CEO of Birdbrain Technology). The sessions are free, but registration is required.
