The U.S. Department of Education is inviting institutions of higher education to apply to the Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education, while proposing a project that supports the formation of education between European and U.S. institutions.
Applicants must propose a project that encourages cooperation in the coordination of curricula; the exchange of students, if pertinent to grant activities; and the opening of educational opportunities between the U.S. and EU Member States. In order to be eligible for an award, the applicant in the U.S. must be a U.S. institution and the applicant in the EU must be an EU institution.
