Chicago Public Schools manages 10,000 Macs and reduces support calls by 70%Located in metro Chicago, Chicago Public Schools (CPS) is the education institution for more than 400,000 K-12 students in the region. CPS pursues a leading approach to integrating technology into the learning experience and provides students with access to computers throughout their education. For the district’s IT administration team, managing more than 10,000 Apple® computers presents a major challenge shared with many other large organizations.
